NHVR Roadworthiness Baseline Survey

Over August and September 2016 the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) will conduct the  National Roadworthiness Baseline Survey (NRBS) which will sample approximately 9,000 of Australia’s 520,000 heavy vehicles, including rigid, semi-trailer, B-doubles, road trains, buses, plant and equipment

The results from NRBS will assist the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) to understand the current condition of the Australian heavy vehicle fleet. The health check along with the updated NHVIM are the first steps of the NHVR’s program to improve the roadworthiness of the national fleet.
